I tried to capture colour for the blind.
Because they cannot see (duh) you cannot describe one colour as or like another. You cannot say orange is the colour of oranges because they have never seen an orange (assuming they've been blind since birth). You have to appeal to their other senses like smell and taste etc., even if it doesn't visually match up (eg. purple is cool metal, but metal itself is grey). I tried to do this by finding things that described a colour but weren't visually the colour itself, but had some trouble (brown).
I feel I described green and purple and black the best. White is incredibly hard to feel, and it was near impossible to smell a rainbow (not literally!!!)
So if you have any suggestions or additions PLEASE tell me.
